Good news—rain won't damage our work! Pure rainwater is actually cleaner than tap water. It's the dirt on the glass that causes spots, not the rain itself. Once your windows are professionally cleaned, light rain won't leave marks.

However, if we get heavy rain immediately after service (within a few hours), or if you're not satisfied for any reason, just give us a call within 48 hours and we'll come back to re-clean at no charge. That's our satisfaction guarantee!

It depends on the size of your property:

• Medium homes (11-20 windows): 2-3 hours
• Large homes (21+ windows): 3-5 hours

First-time cleanings may take longer if there's significant buildup. Subsequent quarterly visits are typically faster!

For interior cleaning, yes—someone needs to provide access to the home. However, for exterior-only cleaning, you don't need to be home. Many of our quarterly customers leave us a key or garage code for convenient access.
