Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Our standard service includes cleaning both the inside and outside of all your windows. We also clean the frames, sills, and tracks. If you only need exterior cleaning, we can accommodate that too—just let us know when requesting your quote.

Good news—rain won't damage our work! Pure rainwater is actually cleaner than tap water. It's the dirt on the glass that causes spots, not the rain itself. Once your windows are professionally cleaned, light rain won't leave marks.

However, if we get heavy rain immediately after service (within a few hours), or if you're not satisfied for any reason, just give us a call within 48 hours and we'll come back to re-clean at no charge. That's our satisfaction guarantee!

It depends on the size of your property:

• Small homes (up to 10 windows): 1-2 hours
• Medium homes (11-20 windows): 2-3 hours
• Large homes (21+ windows): 3-5 hours
• Commercial properties: Varies by size (we'll provide an estimate)

First-time cleanings may take longer if there's significant buildup. Subsequent quarterly visits are typically faster!

For interior cleaning, yes—someone needs to provide access to the home. However, for exterior-only cleaning, you don't need to be home. Many of our quarterly customers leave us a key or garage code for convenient access.

We're also happy to work around your schedule! We offer flexible appointment times, including early mornings and weekends.
